Michael Stewart
Director
Michael has been involved in recruitment for companies both at a domestic and international level for the past seventeen years. For the last twelve, he has been responsible for establishing IDPE as a highly respected Wellington based recruitment organisation.
Jenny Ferguson
Director
Jenny joined IDPE in February 2004 after a fifteen year career in Senior Management roles at Telecom New Zealand and Telecom Mobile Limited.
During her time at Telecom she had a variety of roles including South ROC Credit Manager, National Credit Manager, National Manager Indirect Sales, Regional Sales Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst and Service Manager - Mobile.
Jenny has extensive experience recruiting and managing staff and managing relationships at all levels in an organisation.
Dave McGruddy
Director
Dave is a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Director within the account management team. Over the past seven years, Dave has experienced unrivalled success in developing long term partnerships with key accounts.
Kim Tily
Office Manager
Kim joined IDPE as Office Manager in February 2003 bringing along with her over 10 years Office Administraion experience and 5 years Management experience.
Prior to joining IDPE, Kim worked at one of New Zealand's largest non for profit organisations. as Team Leader for a business unit that she managed. Kim comes to us with a diverse financial background. She has had plenty of customer relationships and has travelled New Zealand while presenting training courses.
Kim's primary role inside IDPE is to manage the smooth day to day running of the company, Wages, Invoicing, Companys Financials, Debtors, Creditors, Client Functions, Advertising, Maintaining Companies IT Systems and Processes, Customer relationships with clients and contractors.
Josh Rea
Recruitment Consultant
Josh joined IDPE as a Recruitment Consultant in April 2007 bringing with him over 7 years experience in the IT industry.
During his career in the IT industry Josh has worked across both public and private sector organisations including consultancy based assignments.
His particular area of expertise and interest is in the ICT Programme and Project Management space, including project office structures, and the delivery of best practice methodologies and usable controls to successfully manage and monitor project delivery. His focus now is to use the knowledge and experience gained in the IT industry to assist clients and candidates in identifying the right people for the right roles.
Prior to entering the IT industry Josh attended Victoria University of Wellington where he studied Geography and he maintains a keen interest in the subject.
Outside of work Josh is an avid hunter, fisherman and diver.
Carole Evans
Candidate Consultant
Carole joined IDPE in September 2007. She comes from an advertising, marketing and banking background which gives her a strong people focus. Carole believes in building relationships with our candidates and gaining an in-depth understanding of their career aspirations and cultural fit. She has a proactive approach in helping them reach this goal.
In her spare time Carole is an avid snowboarder and is also working towards getting her Private Pilot Licence.
Christine Hermann
Candidate Consultant
Christine Hermann joined IDPE in May 2008 after completing Marketing and Tourism degree’s awarded by Victoria University of Wellington.
Christine enjoys identifying and helping people in their quest for new IT opportunities and enjoys challenging situations where she has to meet the primary expectations provided by the Client. She is in touch with her Candidates on a regular basis and actively updates our recruitment database to promote effective candidate management.
She loves to learn from people around her and face new challenges as an individual and as a team member in achieving these goals.
Outside of work Christine is a keen runner and traveller.
John Blyth
Recruitment Consultant
John joined IDPE as a Recruitment Consultant in January 2008 and brings 15 years experience in the IT industry.
During his career in the IT industry John has primarily worked in the public sector within local authorities both in NZ and overseas in various development and management roles.
His particular expereince and strengths are in Geospatial technologies and strategies. His focus has been on spatial data management and spatially driven business functions. He has built team capabilities and service delivery processes within the GIS industry sector and has a passion for uncovering the mysteries of GIS technologies for business and a shared services model for geospatial data.to indusrty users. He now uses this experience and passion to build GIS services for IDPE and to link GIS savvy candidates to those clients struggling to find good people.
When John manages to find spare time he spends it with his family in the hills and mountains of the South Island. He is a keen mountaineer, hunter and general outdoors person.
Sarah Humm
Candidate Resource Manager
Sarah has joined IDPE in March 2009. Sarah has five years experience in recruitment both here in NZ and in Australia recruiting in the office and retail industries. Most recently Sarah was working in IT for a local government authority and is now based in the Christchurch branch as the Candidate Resource Manager
